Refund Policy

MealAdjust is the trading name of Niclas Hjelmtvedt. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on MealAdjust Pro.

How it works

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no explanation required.
• Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to the original payment method. It usually takes 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Renewal charges follow the same rule: you have 30 days from the renewal date to request a refund of that payment.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or reply to your purchase receipt. You can also contact us and we will raise it with Paddle for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your free plan remains viewable after that.
