How to use MealAdjust

A two-minute guide. Follow it and your numbers stay accurate week after week.

Weigh yourself once a week

  • Same day every week — first thing in the morning.
  • After the toilet, before eating or drinking anything.
  • Same scale, minimal clothing.
  • Update the weight on your target page straight after. Your calorie target and every saved plan adjust to it.

1. Set your target

Enter height, weight, age, gender and activity. Add a target weight and MealAdjust shows roughly how long it takes at your chosen pace.

2. Add the foods you like

Save your staples under My foods. Every plan you build later starts from that list, so you never pick your foods twice.

3. Let the app build your plan

Choose how many meals you want per day and MealAdjust turns your foods into balanced, practical meals.

4. Adjust as you go

Swap a meal you don't fancy, lock the ones you like, or apply the suggested tweaks to close a protein or calorie gap.

Weight moves up and down day to day with water, salt and sleep. Judge your progress over two to three weeks, not from one morning to the next. If the trend is flat for three weeks, update your weight and let MealAdjust recalculate.

MealAdjust gives general nutrition estimates, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or dietitian before making big changes, especially if you have a health condition.
